Our client is an Investment Group. They have multiple companies, mainly, operating in the Industrial sector around Africa, Middle East and Europe.

They are currently searching for an Executive Assistant for the General Manager of the Group. The role requires extensive traveling between Nigeria, Paris and Beirut with or without the GM. Ideal candidate must work closely with the GM to provide administrative support and help him to make the best use of his time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks.

Typical work activities include:

- Deputizing for the GM, making decisions and delegating work to others in the his absence;
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
- Arranging travel and accommodation and travelling with the GM to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the GM;
- Taking dictation and minutes;
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the GM is well-prepared for meetings;
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.

The compensation package will be discussed during the interview process.

Ideal candidate must be proficient in English.
Must have 5 to 8 years experience in a similar role.
