This is a key role where you’ll manage all day-to-day well operations including planning and scheduling; resource allocation; cost control; and reporting. The minimum of a diploma or preferably a degree (or equivalent) in a technical or engineering subject is essential and we’ll also be looking for experience in well engineering or drilling. In fact, you should have worked as a Drilling Supervisor previously and honed your leadership and operation skills, particularly in respect to HSE awareness and management. Experience of areas such as high pressure/high temperature, under-balanced drilling and extended reach drilling environments would be an advantage. IWCF-qualified, you’ll be familiar with well analysis software and able to work independently when required.
