Description:

Responsibilities:

• To support the company’s current and future ERP and other business critical applications from a technical and functional perspective and manage the performance of services to the company
• Responsible for optimizing and designing enterprise processes via IT, carrying out scheduled maintenance and  facilitating workshops and training courses

Skills and Experience:

• B.Sc, M.Sc or equivalent, professional qualifications from recognized institutions necessary
• Good knowledge of SAP, experience of project managing ERP and IT implementation project, database technologies(SQL 2005), crystal reports
• Experience of management outsourced contracts, ITIL service delivery qualification is desirable.
