• To lead and contribute to initiatives to increase business and IT operational productivities and performance through analysis and application of industry best practices
• Responsible for developing and establishing processes and measurement protocols and improving innovation and product portfolio management processes across the company

Experience:

• B.Sc in a technical IT -related field or business
• Cognate experience designing and implementing governance and processes relevant to IT operations and outsourcing, and in product management and portfolio management
