Job Title: Organisation Development AnalystReporting To: Organisation Development SpecialistMaintain database of job profiles and organisation structuresAdvice and coordinate the process of job creation and modificationAssist with the facilitation and coordination of job profiling and evaluation for the organisationMaintain MTNN competency directoryPrepare reports relating to the OD function in MTNNMaintain an up-to-date database of all jobs in the organizationEnsure first level review of job creation documentationManning head count forecastProject Management/ Project InvolvementAssist with planning/management of OD projects/ initiatives in line with recommended modelsAssist in the facilitation and coordination of various HR initiatives (Competency management)Assist with project management integration across HR4 years work experience of which 2 years in formal business analysis, or consulting / advisory role2 years experience in Human Resources is desirableExperience in Project Administration/Coordination preferably in a telecomm environmentA first degree Preferably in the social sciences
