Livingstone Estates Ltd, an emerging Real Estates Development Company requires the services of result oriented qualified candidates to fill the following positions:

MARKETING EXECUTIVE – 1 (CODE: MKT01)

REQUIREMENTS

v  Minimum of 2’2 or upper credit B. sc/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication or any relevant courses in the Social Science from a recognized university or polytechnic

v  Not less than 5 years working experience with a reputable real estate developer

v  Should be confident, self-motivated, smart looking and passionate about marketing and meeting people

v  Ability to work with minimal supervision

v  Excellent communication and presentation skils as well as strong analytical and negotiation skills

v  Ability to work under pressure and reside in Lagos or port Harcourt or Abuja

v  Maximum age of 45 years

MARKETING OFFICERS – 1 (CODE: MKT 02)

REQUIREMENTS

v  Minimum of 2’2 or upper credit B. sc/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication or any relevant courses in the Social Science from a recognized university or polytechnic

v  Should be confident, self-motivated, smart looking and passionate about marketing and meeting people

v  Excellent communication and presentation skills

v  Ability to work under pressure and reside in Lagos or Port Harcourt or Abuja

v  Maximum age of 40 years
