Main Activities and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing, planning and implementation of big multiple complex, turnkey telecom infrastructure projects within time and quality
Responsible for building and developing new bid and project delivery processes
Manage cross functional project and program delivery teams and third party suppliers and contractors
Responsible for project, program stakeholder management and communicating with senior clients up to board level
Review all engineering deliverables to ensure project specifications and design procedures were applied with zero accident tolerance.
Required Education and Experience
BSc Civil Engineering, MSc Structural Engineering an added advantage
Must have formal Project Management qualifications PRINCE 2, APM, MSP
Must have at least 7 years experience managing Telecom site build projects
General Knowledge and Technical Skills
Good technical and field knowledge of transmission and power products and maintenance
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentational skills
Good financial knowledge of OPEX, CAPEX and financial knowledge
