Job Title: Hygiene Specialist

Job Description
- Identify critical hygiene requirements in a brewery environment
- Optimise brewery hygiene practices
- Facilitate problem solving and decision making
- Contribute to team and self development
- Monitor plant hygiene standards
- Develop And Review CMMP (Critical Microbiological Monitoring Points) in time
- Conduct CIP, GMP and hygiene inspections in accordance with applicable audit documents and schedule
- Champion good manufacturing practices and hygiene
Requirements
- Minimum B.Sc/HND in Microbiology or Food Science
- Good knowledge of best hygiene global practices in manufacturing
- High analytical and evaluative skills
- Minimum of 5 years prior experience in a FMCG environment
- 2 years’ experience in a similar or related role
- Must be computer proficient
