ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for maintenance of Avaya CMS, Avaya CMS Supervisor and Avaya IQ device throughout the globe.
Integration of third party applications like Blue Pumpkin, RTA, Geotel and Avaya PBX (Communication manager) with CMS/IQ.
Management of Lab requirement and to keep lab devices up and running.
Responsible for Client infrastructure analysis, health check and recommendation of Patches, Security Packs to fix bugs in the current version of the software.
Working on Maestro/Siebel for managing customer dockets.

SKILL SET
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in CCT technology preferably Avaya certified
Experience of working with JAVA, WEB-SERVER and Web Services.
Experience of working with Oracle / SQL Database would be an advantage.
Knowledge of telecom networks & SS7 & SIP signalling will be preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE: 2-3years
