Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements: At least five years of consistent office management and secretarial experience in a professional environment, preferably in multi-nationals with responsibilities for: Reviewing and editing proposals, reports and other correspondences in order to ensure that they are in line with agreed standard Preparing proposals, reports and other correspondences with the aid of various computer applications Organizing and coordinating meetings (internal and external), conferences and travel arrangements Taking and preparing minutes of meetings.
