OB TITLE: SALES HUB MANAGERS
LOCATION / ORGANIZATION
:East and West Africa / Pharmaceutical Company (the animal care arm)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent communication and \’people skills\’
Good planning and organisational skills
Strong relationships with counterparts being institutional, industry players along the value chain etc.
Strong Performance Management capability.
An understanding of how to develop and use customer insight – preferred 
Knowledge of Animal Nutrition milieu  (including Distribution Chain / Traditional and Non Traditional customers)
Excellent sales and negotiation skills and able to manage relationships
Good business sense
Ability to motivate and lead a team
Initiative and enthusiasm

DESCRIPTION

The Sales Manager(s) shall support the entry and growth in the West and East African Markets and ensures that the organization becomes a significant player in the regions.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL :
Segment and target high potential customers
Develop a culture of performance, empowerment, accountability, customer focus, innovation and excellence in execution
Develop business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of the organization’s sales goals and profitability
Be responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives.
Develop strategic partnerships that deliver on customer and the organization’s objectives

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

A first degree in Pharmacy, Medical or Science background
An MBA from a renown Business School or University will be an advantage
Experience in Sales preferably Consumer or Pharmaceutical industry with successful sales experience ( minimum 2 years)
