Save The Children Vacancies in Nigeria (5 positions) Save The Children Nigeria inspires dramatic change for children around the globe.
We are looking for experienced staff to implement a five (5) year PEPFAR funded project addressing the needs of orphans and vulnerable children in three (3) states.

1.)  Economic Strengthening Technical Advisor
This position will be responsible for providing technical leadership in the design and implementation of the economic strengthening component of the Links for Children Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) Project. This will primarily focus on community-based Savings and Loan Schemes (S&L) for caregivers and heads of families affected by HIV/AIDS. This includes design & delivery of S&L schemes through training and support for project teams and partners, and technical guidance to ensure services are relevant to the communities and linked with other economic strengthening services provided by other agencies in the area.
Annual Gross Salary: N5, 000,000.00.

2.)  Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Technical Advisor
This position will assume a lead technical advisory role in developing, implementing, and maintaining effective and appropriate Monitoring and Evaluation systems for all project activities of the Links for Children Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC Project). This includes provision of ongoing training and technical support to staff teams and partners in the use ofM&E tools and the implementation of M&E systems. It includes making sure that M&E systems and tools are user friendly for various levels of computer literacy, and that they are in line with USAID PEPFAR reporting requirements, and with Save the Children best practices.
Annual Gross Salary: N5, 000,000.00

3.)  Organizational Development (OD) Technical Advisor

This position will assume a lead role in implementing a plan for the organizational development of seven partner organizations working in a 5-year USAID PEPFAR funded project to support orphans and vulnerable children (OVC). This includes one organization at the national level and 6 Civil Society Organizations, at both the national and state levels in Bauchi, Kaduna, and Katsina. The OD advisor will provide overall guidance and coordination in designing and implementing the capacity building plans for each organization, which will comprise a variety of systems including finance, program/project management, strategic planning, HR systems, proposal writing, information and knowledge management, etc.
Annual Gross Salary: N5, 000,000.00.

4.)  IT/Knowledge Management Officer
This position will provide general IT technical support and to undertake specific day to day running of IT systems for the Abuja and field offices. As well as liaise with the region and London IT teams and provide support to the operations team. The post¬holder will ensure that the programme s IT systems are optimised in support of overall organisational goals, represent best value for money and aligned with global standars and best practice.
Annual Gross Salary: N2,400,000.00
5.)  Nutrition Programme Manager
This position will be responsible for developing, managing and monitoring the implementation of an integrated programme to reduce malnutrition in Northern Nigeria .These include four core elements:
1. Process of integration of management and prevention of severe acute malnutrition into the health system.
2. Running of nutrition sites in the focus local Government Authorities (LGAs)
3. Community component of the programme and
4. Raising the profile of nutrition in the child survival/Everyone Campaign
