PRODUCTION MANAGER (A)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and manage annual production plans which include but not limited to, Resources, Processes and Operations toward meeting demands
Develop and execute formulation of all product categories in line with acceptable standards
Liaise with government agencies on production / manufacturing issues

REQUIREMENT
Good degree in chemical Engr., Idustrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology etc.
508yrs cognate experience in fruit drink production
Good entrepreneurial orientation
Must have passion for excel and meet set targets
Good communication skills and versatility with the use of computer
Possess of an MBA is an advantage
Should be between 30-40yrs

MARKET MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop market for all the companies product
5-8yrs relevant experience
Develop the production brand strategy
Determine new opportunities by analyzing, business, economic and the product needs
Forecast short, medium, and long term marketing potentials in the industry

REQUIREMENTS:
A good degree in marketing or any relevant field
5-8yrs relevant experience
Excellent Negotiation skill
Good entrepreneurial orientation MBA degree will be an added advantage
Person must be between 30-40yrs

ACCOUNTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES
Take the responsibility for articulating a clear strategy for statutory financial and management reporting
Oversee the preparation and rendition of he companies Accounts on a periodic basic www.nigerianbestforum.com
Initiate, design and communicate an efficient financial modeling tool for the budgetary process to aid planning and forecasting
Perform cross operating company analysis against predefined performance indicators to identify key revenue projection drivers
Develop and implement the companies reporting model to meet GAAP, SAS Standards, retention of quarterly financial performance performance of the company on (IFRS) fromat.

REQUIREMENT
A good degree or HND in Accounting
ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification from an internationally recognized accounting body
Possession of a good MSC/MBA degree will be an added advantage
5-8yrs cognate experience is a major requirement
The person must be between 30-40yrs

MARKETING EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES
The person must have a good understanding of the food & beverages industry with a minimum of 3yrs experience
The person must be between 30-35yrs

REQUIREMENT
A good degree in marketing or any relevant field
5-8yrs relevant experience
Excellent Negotiation skill
Good entrepreneurial orientation MBA degree will be an added advantage
Person must be between 25-30yrs

A CHEMIST
RESPONSIBILITIES
The person must have a good understanding of the food & beverages Industry
Test inspect and make sure that the final products are in accordance with specifications
Ability to produce report according to the specification of the quality controller

REQUIREMENT
A good degree in Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry etc.
2-3yrs cognaye experience in a fruit drink production company
Good communication still and versatility wuth due use of computr
Should be between 25-30yrs
