HR Administration Manager -
The position is based in Doha, Qatar working for a Fuel company -
Primary purpose of this job:
Direct, manage and lead the HR & Services function which develops and implements HR, personnel and services policies and procedures for client in order to ensure effective HR business partnership and provisions of HR services which support the organisation in achieving its strategic objectives.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in Human Resources or any Business Administration related field.
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Organisation Behavior preferred.
Attendance on relevant functionally-related post-graduate programs covering such areas as motivation theory, management of employee performance, reward strategy, strategy and HR strategy.
