Title: Service Coordinator
Description :
x Activate Client subscription services
x Manage CRM software, Excel modules and templates
x Negociate between sales, marketing & finance department
x Provide in depth reports required by management & HODs
x Manage Existing customers and attend every concern / query and resolve it in stipulated period of time .
x Manage SMS marketingand E-mailer Campiagn.
x Design & Develop Basic HTML Info website.
x Must be able to manage multiple website that includes hosting, domains, content updating, CSS and layout management.
x Activate, Manage & Support existing and new subscriptions of clients.

Experience:
- minimum of one year experience as a webmaster preferably in software or IT Industry

Skills Required
x Good understanding of technicalities of website hosting, management and online banner advertisement properties.
x Desired expertise in HTML / DHTML, Java Script, VB Script, CSS, Web hosting, Domain management
x Good understanding of Internet search engines and techno marketing background.
x Php, My SQL knowledge would be desirable but not compulsary
x CMS knowledge on joomla, drupal would be a plus.
