Available Job POSITIONS in Nigeria:
1. CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER (CODE 1A)
Reports to the Managing Director/CEO and deputizes for him/her.
Responsibilities
Implement financial policies approved by the Board in line with NHIS guidelines
Dispense, direct and oversees the finances of the Company and ensures reports/returns are ready for submission to NHIS as at when due.
Oversees the general financial administration of the Company in line with Accounting Manuals.
Monitoring, assessment and evaluation of Company staff productivity.
Conducts cost/benefit analysis and evaluate programs, staffing and equipment utilization etc.
Coordinates collections, operating reports preparation, budget expenditures and statistical records of performance data.
Requirements
Masters or Advanced degree in Accounting, financial or related field
Professional membership in ICAN/ICMA/ANAN/NIM
Minimum of 12 years post graduation work experience in the financial services sector.
Good leadership skills
Good knowledge of Healthcare project financing
Attendance of related courses/seminars/workshops would be an added advantage.
2. HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION (CODE 2A)
Reports to the Managing Director/CEO
Responsibilities
Oversees the general administration of the Head Office, Regional Offices and every other operating location of the Company.
Performs any other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director/CEO
Analyses procedures and workflow of a division or program and recommends improvements in such areas as purchasing, equipment procurement and administration.
Interprets and applies laws, rules and regulations applicable to the organization.
Maintenance of Companys Inventory and Vehicles/Equipment.
Must maintain the Human Capital requirement of the organization to enable easy work flow and achieve excellent output.
Requirements:
Minimum of Post-Graduate degree in Administration or related field.
Certification or professional membership in Administration, Personnel or related bodies
10 years post-graduation work experience in the Administrative Sector.
Good leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent writing and communication skills.
3. HEAD MEDICAL SERVICES(CODE 3A)
Reports to the Managing Director/CEO
Responsibilities:
Supervises activities of HMO providers Network
Development and revision of Health Plans provided by HMO
Monitoring of services to enrollees and manages complaints from enrollees.
Health needs assessment and reports utilization statistics to Management
Medical equipment review/pharmaceutical dispensing regulations.
Analyses, evaluates and presents critical medical information concerning medical situations to Retainership partners and problems of service delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum of a MBBS in Medicine or Health related field
Post-Graduate qualification in Public Health, Health Management and other professional medical disciplines.
Certification in or professional membership of Health Management or related.
Minimum of 10 years post-graduation experience in the medical related discipline.
Key knowledge of statistical/epidemiological tools such as SPSS, Epiinfo and other medical related working tools.
Good leadership, coordination skills and Health Care Management skills.
4. HEAD INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT) (CODEÃâà 4A)
Reports to the Managing Director/CEO
Responsibilities:
Required to host and manage data, statistical evaluations and enrollee movements
Ensure connectivity with client hospitals to HMO Headquarters and all Zonal Offices
Verification of Information supplied by NHIS and Partnerships Companies.
Coordinates 24/7 ICT related issues, Hotline Connections, Call Centers, HMO Headquarters, Zonal Offices and private providers.
Develops the Companyâââ‰â¢s technology vision, manage IT services within the Organization
Protect Data/Information from leakage to unauthorized
