RequirementsFirst Degree in Accounting or related fields.  Masters would be an added advantage.Professional certification ICAN/ACA etc.Good interpersonal skills and vast in ApplicationProficiency in use of Accounting packages e.g. Sage-Peach tree, SAP etc.Minimum of 6 years Post-Graduation working experience in relevant field.Sound knowledge of money market and investment skills.  Duties Provide sound investment options to the HMO for un-utilized funds in the short term.Liaise with Chief Finance Officer for accounting principles in line with the Manuals adopted by HMO.Coordinate the Accounting department and oversee the Payroll Administration.Monitor disbursements vis-à-vis incomes and Bank Balances on a daily basis.Must be the custodian of the Company’s accounting principles as stated in the Accounting manuals.Prepare and submit timely reports to Chief Finance Officer/Senior Management as required.
