JOB DESCRIPTION
StrategyØ Develop and implement appropriate strategies that ensure the organization achieves its business objectives.Ø Strategy support for the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organisation maximises its short, medium and long-term profitability and returns to its stakeholders.Ø Liaise with other heads on the implementation of the company’s strategic and operational plans developed.Ø Ensure that the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the heads of department.
Human Resource ManagementØ Oversee the human resources functionØ Provide advice on HR matters to the management team, including the development and review of relevant HR strategies, policies and procedures;Ø Provide advice and guidance on organisational development mattersØ Promote a positive organizational culture
AdministrativeØ Oversee the general administration of the organization so that its key objectives are met;Ø Ensure the proper monitoring of the day-to-day operations of the organization.Ø Supervise the formulation and implement of Administrative policies and guidelinesØ Oversee preparation of Monthly Action Plans and Activity Reports for staffØ To monitor the progress and take necessary corrective measure
