The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the Estate facilities. He or She must ensure structures and facilities are up and running in line with stipulated HSE standards and government regulations.He/She will be responsible for generating revenue with accurate reports, track queries and complaints to ensure satisfactory resolution within set timelines.

Skills and Competencies
BA, BSc, HND
Minimum of 8 years cognate experience in facility management in a well-structured Estate.
A graduate in Estate Management, Engineering or related fields.
Must have analytical skills and be able to work under pressure for year-round service delivery without compromising quality and timeliness.
Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with clients from different racial backgrounds.
Ability to manage team mates of technical and facility officers
