Our Company, A leading FMCG Group is seeking to employ a Brand Building Manager to join our teamThe Brand Building Manger is the owner of the Brand in the National Business and leads the development of the national Brand Marketing Plan, within the category plan guidelines, to meet company goals.
Responsible for Brand Communications: checking translation of advertising into local language and adaptation to comply with local regulations, Activation advertising /tactical localLeads a multifunctional team to implement the plan in the market place and monitors performance of the support plans.Participates in various cross-functional teams – CMI, CCP, Regional Brand Teams and externally with local support agencies such as PR, sponsorship, activation and channelActivates campaign ideas in the national marketMonitors brand performance to implement appropriate plan changes.Copy, allocation of media budget within AP parameters, PR & Sponsorship.Provides input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators andDrive brand performance (6P’s) & recommends solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets.A Bachelor degree,A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar roleGood knowledge of Project ManagementGood experience in business planning and implementationDevelops brand plans that build equity and businessCreates/deploys integrated communicationsMonitoring progress and takes action Core aspects underpinning all skills: Creativity, Empathy, Obsession with brands & consumers, Sense of Aesthetics, Analytical Thinking & RigourExcellent Interpersonal skillsGood communication skills - Oral & WrittenGood organisational and planning skillsResult-orientedIf your experience, personal characteristics and qualifications meet the position specifications and your personal objectives are to seek such a challenge, then we would like to hear from you with details of your current earnings, up to date CV and explanation as to why your achievements to date fit you for consideration.
