A leading Financial Security Company is looking for a Regional Manager for its activites.The job objectives are the following:To grow the regionTo increase turnoverTo provide expert Security Service to all Clients within the Region.The Regional Manager reports directly to the Executive Director OperationsBusiness Performance MonitoringGrow the regions turnover and profitabilityLiaise with existing clients on a regular basis to ensure that our services are appreciatedExpand the clientele base in Lagos Region by aggressive marketingPrepares proposals and make presentations to prospective clients as the case may beManages and Coordinate all operational activities in Lagos Island RegionEnsure proper staffing requirement is met for all beatsEnsure provision of necessary tools and resources required for client’s securityOrganise training  for Cadets/guards and deployment to beatsMonitors and evaluates Effectiveness of security operations and measures.Manage the area OfficeOversees recruitment of suitable persons as cadets/ Guards all facets of the dailyMonitors and controls allocation of Company Resources for effective and efficient use.Provide information to Finance department on the billing processOrganise salary payments to guardsOversees the supervision of Personnel; which includes Work Allocation, Training and Problem Resolution.Provides Leadership, guidance and support to the organisation by motivating Personnel to achieve Peak Productivity and Performance.University 1st Degree or equivalentMinimum of  8 years of post qualification experience in Operation ManagementMinimum of 3 years in a management positionRelevant professional qualifications will be added advantageOral & Written Communication SkillsExcellent Leadership SkillsOrganisational SkillsMulti-tasking SkillsGood Interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation skillsConflict resolutionStrong Industry KnowledgeIf your experience, personal characteristics and qualifications meet the position specifications and your personal objectives are to seek such a challenge, then we would like to hear from you with details of your current earnings, up to date CV and explanation as to why your achievements to date fit you for consideration.
