DW Operations Planning - Nigeria

Planning Activities:

• Manage Company planning process as per company planning guideline

• Prepare and conduct planning meetings as per company’s management system

• Identify clashing activities or potential optimisations on the 3/4 month and 12/18 month integrated planning. Proposed them to EGM, DW Ops & Technique Services

• Coordinate with the production sites’ planning entities, and facilitate communication across functions

• Validate the consistency of the 3/4 month and 12/18 month planning.

• Reflect the operational planning into the corporate planning linked with PLT.

• Optimize the management of logistics resources across production sites

• Ensure the efficiency of the major shut downs’ planning.

Production Performance:

• Consolidate Asset’s monthly production forecast.

• Consolidate Deep Water dashboard.

• Produce monthly report following the Production Performance Group’s Company Rules EXP_100 and EXP_106, TDO 01, TDO 02 & TDO 03

OPEX Performance:

• Calculate Shut Downs’ whole life cost.

• Identify and implement cost-related synergies across production sites

• Challenge current practices and identify opportunities to continuously develop and improve development planning systems, methods and advise

• Forecast CAPEX needs for future investments

• Run ad’hoc economics studies as per EGM’s requests

• Facilitate the meeting preparation with partners

• Ensure all work is of high quality and accurate to effectively support the decision making process.

• Ensure that agreed Company and Partner strategy is implemented in relation to work activities

MSc/BSc (Hons) Degree

• 15 years experience in a Corporate/Operations Planning environment, with at least 10 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry

• Recognized as being accomplished in more than one métier

• Experience of corporate planning / development, project / operations and economic evaluations

• Fluent in English , Fluent in French is a strong advantage

• Good working knowledge of international legislation and regulations and other requirements relating to offshore operations, including de-commissioning

• Good appreciation of associated subsurface and commercial skills

• Clear understanding of applicable corporate procedures and processes

• Experience in offshore deepwater is a plus
