Job Position: Customer Service / Front Desk Officer


Location: Lagos, Nigeria


Duties

Provide information to callersGreet persons entering organizationDirect persons to correct destinationDeal with queries from the public and customersEnsures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organizationGeneral administrative and clerical supportPrepare letters and documentsReceive and sort mail and deliveriesSchedule appointmentsMaintain appointment diary either manually or electronicallyOrganize meetingsTidy and maintain the reception areaShould be very much familiar with MS Office and Internet.Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to faceRespond promptly to customer inquiriesHandle and resolve customer complaintsObtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiriesProvide pricing and delivery informationPerform customer verificationSet up new customer accountsProcess orders, forms, applications and requestsOrganize workflow to meet customer time framesDirect requests and unresolved issues to the designated resourceManage customers’ accountsKeep records of customer interactions and transactionsRecord details of inquiries, comments and complaintsRecord details of actions takenPrepare and distribute customer activity reportsMaintain customer databasesManage administrationCommunicate and coordinate with internal departmentsFollow up on customer interactionsProvide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Qualifications and Skills

B.Sc or HND in relevant discipline3 – 4 years minimum experience in related field is requiredMust be a FEMALEKnowledge of customer service principles and practicesKnowledge of relevant computer applicationsknowledge of computers and relevant software applicationsAbility to type.Knowledge of administrative and clerical proceduresNumeric, oral and written language applicationsProduct knowledge.
