Job Title: Contract Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
In view of the growth of the SNEPCo wells organization from 1 rig to 3 rigs by 2015, the Senior Contracts Engineer is responsible for approximately 100 minor service contracts and 10 to 12 major tenders in 2013 and 2014.
Special challenge: The contracting process including NAPIMS and NCDMB is a lengthy process requiring in depth knowledge of the local contract rules and regulations.

The Senior Contracts Engineer is responsible to provide support to all elements of the Contracts and Procurement processes, technical input, tender strategies, technical and commercial evaluation, contract management for all wells related contracts.

The Senior Contracts Engineer fulfills the role of interfacing between the wells and C&P departments aiming at contract optimization, facilitating tender processes and all other contract processes related issues for all SNEPCo wells projects.

- Responsible for overall contracting and tender strategies.

- Defining HSE, tender technical and commercial input, liaison with NAPIMS and NCDMB and provide support to the Wells Head Of Business Support.

- Ensure tender strategies and get approval from the Well Global Contract Board and Major Tender Board.

- Input and submission of Invitation to Tenders.

- Responsible for HSE, technical and commercial evaluation of tenders.

- Responsible for timely award of contracts.

- Responsible for defining input to contract management plans, input to Business Performance Reviews and Contract Optimization Reviews.

- Provide support to Contract Holders and Contract Owners, responsible for providing an overview of the contract status as well as potential cost exposure.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years WE/CWI experience with at least 3 years in completions
WE/CWI Round I and Round II
- Demonstrated success in a technical WE/CWI position is required
- Skill in contracting and procurement processes is required.
- Experience in operations logistics and materials
- Knowledge of the application of QA/QC processes and procedures.
- Skill in floating well engineering and/or completions and intervention operations.
- High level of HSE commitment and awareness.

Job Title: Rigless Intervention Engineer/Supervisor 
Responsibilities: Rigless Intervention Engineer provides support to plan and execute the rigless intervention campaign.
The Rigless Intervention Engineer will provide support to deliver the program to achieve the yearly target oil from well restoration using rigless intervention techniques.

Accountabilities:
Provide support in planning the rigless intervention programs in cooperation with the Asset while maintaining the HSE safe practices, championing Goal Zero and the Life Saving Rules. The rigless intervention varies from acidization, use of Slickline Intervention Package but also developing the possibility for Open Water Completion using a vessel of opportunity.
Ensure are process safety considerations are fully embedded in the planning and design.
Define the rigless intervention cost and schedule estimate appropriate to the project phase.
Provide Support to rigless input to various project deliverables and the WRFM team including but not limited to rigless well intervention strategies, value improvement plans, Risk and Opportunity register, Interface management.
Provide support to the rigless intervention contracting strategy.
Provide support to the Wells aspiration for Opoen Water Completion using a vessel of opportunity.
Provide support to various technical tenders, develop the technical specification and progress the following specialized tenders from tender initiation to contract award: Slick Line Intervention systems, Open Water Completion Systems, Intervention Vessels.
Coach and mentor younger CWI staff in the Well Delivery Process in accordance with the Wells Framework.

Dimensions:
The Bonga projects are amongst the largest Wells projects in the Group’s portfolio.
The rigless well intervention has been in the past a very successful contributor to the over Business Target for oil production.
The Open Water Completion opportunity for Bonga South West and Bonga North is a major step change in the delivery of high production and injection wells.

Special Challenges:
The nature and style of P&T-Wells deepwater operations in general means that the work performed is often intense and always high cost and high profile. • Broad knowledge of deepwater floating systems design, fabrication, installation, commissioning and operation with depth in FPSO (Floating Production & Storage) systems.
