Operations Manager Ref: OPM/WSY/14/01

Requirements
Must be computer literate and understand how to manage a business with people skills (soft skills).
Expert experience in Slickline, permanent down hole gauges, completion and well control.
Previous experience with a minimum of 10 years in same role. 5 out of these 10 years must have been spent in a major oil servicing company providing drilling and production services.
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills is a pre-requisite.

The ability to work as part of a team and lead independently.
Relevant Vocational Trainings are mandatory.
Certifications in line with position will be an added advantage
Ability to interface with other departments within the group.
Ability to organize and conduct on the job Trainings for new employees.

Technical Manager Ref: TEC/WSY/14/02

Requirements
Sound Operational experience in Slickline, permanent down hole gauges, completion and well control.
Previous experience with a minimum of 10 years in same role, 5 out of these years must have been spent in a major oil servicing company providing drilling and production services.
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills is a pre-requisite
The ability to work as part of a team and lead independently
Relevant Vocational Trainings are very essential
Certification in line with position will be an added advantage.
Operational experience in Supervising slickline services, permanent down hole gauges and cementing services.
Ability to interface with other departments within the group.
Ability to organize and conduct on the job Trainings for new employees.
Ability to make filed reports and understand all operational equipment’s.

Operations Supervisor Ref: OPS/WSY/14/03

Requirements
Good knowledge of slickline, permanent down hole gauges and completion services.
Minimum of 7 years in same role spent in a major oil servicing company providing same services.
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills is a pre-requisite.
The ability to work as part of a team and lead independently.
Relevant Vocational Trainings are mandatory or Technology/Technical courses.
Certifications in line with position will be an added advantage.
Ability to train and develop junior engineers and technicians.
Ability to handle routine and preventive maintenance of all operational tools.
Experience in writing field reports: reports on equipments and jobs.
Experience in keeping inventory of parts and materials used for operations.
