Academic Qualifications

• Candidates must possess any of the following or equivalent qualifications registerable with Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN):
  
  • British B.O.T. Certificate of competency as 1st Mate
  
  
  • British B.O.T. Certificate of competency, 2nd Class (Steam or Motor)
  
  
  • A degree in Marine Engineering or related subject from a recognized University.

Academic Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a good honours degree in Civil Engineering or such other qualification registerable with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) from a recognized University.
