Person Specifications:

The ideal candidate must have or meet the following

Minimum  of a B.Sc degree, preferable in the Arts, Law or Social SciencesDemonstrable knowledge of Human Resources, administration and personal matters.A minimum of 5 years relevant experience at a managerial position in an organized private sectorAbility to use office Automation tools, including Microsoft office suiteA member of CIPMN is an added advantage.
