Partners for Development (PFD) Nigeria, an international non-profit organization, is implementing a comprehensive HIV/AIDS program funded by the Center for Disease Control, and is seeking candidates for the following positions:
1.) Clinical Advisor
He/she will be based in Warri, Delta State and report to Chief of Party
Key Responsibilities:
The Cilnical Advisor will conduct regular assessment and strengthening of standard of continuum of care i.e. prevention, treatment and support; ensure that program activities are compliant Ministry of Health guidelines and are evidence based; attend various PEPFAR/GON technical working group meetings and step down all information gleaned to PFD staff and partners. He/she will also facilitate training in areas such as HIV/AIDS, Sexual and Reproductive health, Malaria and Health system strengthening.
Qualifications:
A degree in medical sciences and experience in HIV/AIDS/TB service delivery.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical and clinical skills desired.
2.) Health Coordinator
He/she will be based in Bauchi Bauchi state and report to Deputy Country Program Director.
Key Responsibilities:
The health coordinator will coordinate project implementation in reproductive health, nutrition and HIV/AIDS in collaboration with new partners; participate in project reporting and data collecting/verification. Lead Bauchi-based representation of the projects.
Qualifications:
A master in Public Health; 5 years previous work experience in management of NGO health programs; experience with management and reporting of USAID funding preferred, Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills desired.
3.) Lab / M&E Officer
He/she will be based in Warri, Delta State and report to Chief of Party.
Key responsibilities:
The M&E and Lab Officer will collect, analyze and input data from the field; ensure adequate support in lab services and clinical training to partner organizations; prepare and submittimely reports. He/she will also facilitate training to partners, staff and stakeholder groups.
Qualifications:
A BSc in Laboratory Science or Technology. Minimum of two years relevant work experience in a development agency. Good understanding of HIVIAIDS programming.
4.) Finance Officer
He/she will be based in Warri, Delta State and report to Chief of Party.
Key Responsibilities:
The Finance Officer will coordinate the implementation of PFD’s financial policies; maintain an accurate and comprehensive sub-office financial database; review expenditures:
produce financial reports. He/she will also implement PFD’s Admin. Policies and maintain record of all physical assets of PFD sub-office.
Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree in a relevant subject. Outstanding communication skills. Extensive data management and reporting experience. Previous work experience with international organizations desirable.
