Master Teacher Trainer/Teacher Mentor and Coach will implement all in-service training at the state and community level. S/he will be responsible for coordinating and delivering all training material. Will rollout instruction materials, training, coaching, assessment activities and technical assistance to improve the quality and quantity of basic education services. Coordinate closely with national and decentralized education institutions and local partners.Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3-5 years relevant experience, or• Master's degree or equivalent with 1-3 years relevant experience;• Experience working in the field of education, preferably in training;• Outstanding managerial and communication skills;• Must be able to work within a cross cultural setting, negotiate diplomatically, and function well under pressure;• Knowledge of/experience with internationally-funded projects preferred;• Excellent communication in English required.
