Must be an engineer or has good understanding of engineering procedures
The person must be able to write engineering report
Ability to follow up and secure an engineering purchase, service order
Ability to prepare and submit a bid
Must be able to use Ariba Portal and NIPEX portal
Have good knowledge or understanding of Integrity, Inspection, Pipeline and Fabrication works
Be able to work with minimum supervision
Must be a result-oriented person.
