Job Description
Overall Objective- Delight our customers by delivering impeccable service in the after- sales service through repairs of the products.
Key Responsibilities
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients with excellent product knowledge.
Attend to all inquiries of customers as regards the repairs of products of the company.
Achieve the after-sales targets given to you.
Take stock of all products brought in for repairs and maintain an after-sales repair registry.
Report on competitor’s activities in the market.
Initiate new ideas for the development of the after-sales department of the company.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Maintain and ensure safe keeping of all equipment used for repairs.
Attend to all clients who visit the boutique professionally and ensure memorable experience.
Prepare your after-sales report for the month and submit same to the Boutique Manager and the ED Manager Operations.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered Boutique Manager.
Participate in marketing events such as road shows, seminars and other office programmes.
Develop and maintain current product knowledge.
Any other assigned duties.
