Accordingly, we are now seeking exceptional professionals to fill this position: Job Title:  Digital Content DeveloperDevelop web-based interactive applications and learning objects in Flash Actionscript.Prepare and draft business, functional and technical specification documents.Structuring Flash content to enable efficient re-use, customisation and localisation.Work with an interdisciplinary team that includes sales and marketing, editors, graphic designers, and writers.Troubleshoot and expand existing Flash products.Work with Project Managers to engage and manage outside technical development partners.Qualifications,Requirements and Experience:All candidates must possess the following:Entrepreneurial spirit and leadership mind-set.

Have high creative and imaginative acumen. 
Track record of successful real world projects. 
Ability to handle complexity and engage in intellectual rigour. 
Mastery of relevant professional tools, frameworks and techniques.
Outstanding proficiency in the relevant software and technology applications
Must be able speak and write intelligently in English.
