Job Title: National Coordinator
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the coordinating committee of TMG will take the lead in the planning, designing/ formulation and fund-raising for projects. He/she will also be expected to contribute to policy dialogue and advocacy/ partnership development, and knowledge sharing/learning plus office/ corporate initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience: Good first degree or equivalent in humanities or social sciences or related field. At least five (5) years of relevant work experience with NGO and coordination of networks, public sector organization or similar organizations.Key Competencies Ability to think analytically and strategically and express ideas in a clear and articulate fashion. Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines, independently or in teams. Ability to raise funds Ability to adapt to a constantly changing work environment, and to establish and maintain good working relations with individuals/ groups of different cultural background and at different levels. Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Computer LiteracyDuration of Positions:
This job is renewable after probation subject to satisfactory performance.
