Chief Accountant

Duties:

• To oversee and control the day to day activities of the department.



• To plan, organizing, monitor and supervise financial activities of the company



• To develop a Weekly/Monthly/Annual financial reporting system for Management and the External Auditors.



• To develop and apply adequate Annual Budgetary Procedures for the company.



• To perform such other duties as may be determined by the Directors.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must possess a B.Sc. or HND in Accounting.



• Must be an Associate member of a professional body-preferably ICAN or ACCA.



• Must have a minimum of eight(8) years post qualification Cognate experience.



• Must be computer literate with good practical knowledge of MS Word, Excel etc.



• Knowledge of any of the various accounting soft wares will be an added advantage.
