Head of Programs: this person should have a masters or an MBA in sociology. The person should have professional certificates in management and must have worked for at least ten years.
Head of Research and training: this person should have a degree in social sciences. Should have worked for at least ten years.
Head of finance and admin: this person should have worked for seven years and should have a social science degree
Marketing officer: this person should have a degree in social sciences and should have worked for five years.
