The Candidate will also have the following areas of responsibility and requirements thereof to ensure long-term satisfactory service delivery: property maintenance management; management of contracts; property portfolio development management; providing support and implementation framework; policy and procedure development for all business processes; interaction with and benchmarking against other facility management institutions. 
The Candidate will be expected to interact with relevant committees and/or advisory groups. 
Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management and/or Management. 
10-15 years' experience.
