We are a Construction company based in Abuja, we require the services of a Quantity Surveyor to fill this vacant position.Manage and control cost of construction in the company through Valuation, Cost Planning and Cost Benefit Analysis.Prepare building estimates and pre-qualification documentsTo assist in the daily commercial and contractual aspects of the contracts managed by the operational team.The successful Quantity Surveyor will come from a main contracting background and have experience of working on large construction schemes(Highways and Bridges).Have previous experience in preparing contract cost reports and forecasts.Be fully conversant with reviewing contract obligations and requirements for post contract implementation.Be familiar with all post contract administration techniques and requirements.Prepare Pre-qualification documents and Build estimates. Bsc/HND Quantity Surveying.Membership of relevant professional bodies will be and added advantage.Applicants should possess a minimum of 5years experience in similar position.To apply, please send a detailed Resume
