We are a top African Bank with HQ in Lagos, we seek to recruit self-motivated, extremely focused and qualified entry level HR professionals.Involved in partnering with their top managers in both designing and implementing their strategies that will be achieved through people Create reports in Excel, analyze data, and make recommendations on key issues and next steps for special projects, e.g. turnover reporting, compensation analysis, on boarding surveysParticipate in the compensation benchmarking process including data submittal, analysis and recommendationsDevelop, support and communicate policies and procedures. Work closely with legal, compliance, facilities and technology on changes Work with employees and managers to provide advice and counsel on a variety of employee relations matters, including interpersonal relationship and communication challenges, development and ongoing performance managementLead employee orientation and design and develop tools to help managers and employees in the on boarding processPerform investigations for employee relations matters when appropriate Facilitate and design training programs as needed as well as make recommendations and implement changes to these programsLead and participate in projects to support HR initiatives Research and present industry best practicesB.Sc in social sciences from a reputable university
Ability to use Microsoft office efficientlyAbility to perform in a fast paced environment while remaining professional and maintaining a calm dispositionExcellent organization skills; Strong attention to detail skills Strong time management skills; Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficientlyExcellent communication skills a mustCandidates must be between 26-31years of age.
