Our client, an Oil & Gas Producing Company requires suitable qualified and experienced professionals to fill the vacant position of Production Supervisor.HND or BSc/B.Eng. in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, Electrical, Civil or Process Engineering8–10 years cognate experience with demonstrable exposure to oil & gas well production/processing operations on land or offshoreTeam leadership experienceExposure to the HSE standards in the Oil and Gas Industry as indicated by appropriate CertificationsMust be able to carry out the following responsibilities:Ensure that operation and maintenance activities in the Oil field conforms to best practicesImplement Safe-work practicesImplement schedules of inspection, well test, production log, function tests, well heads checks etcConduct sand checks, swabbing, BHP and other wire-line well activitiesMeet quality and volume target for process crudeImplement regulatory/environmental compliances practices.
