Apex Integrated Technologies (Apex IT) is a payment services and value added technology solutions provider currently providing payment, financial credit, contract mobile telecoms billing support, revenue collection and remittance services to our customers and partners in Nigeria.Vacancies exist for Sales Representatives in Lagos.Job Title: Sales and Distribution RepresentativesSales Representative (Products and Services)Receive/generate trade leads or orders from mobile telecom partners promptly and courteously via phone, e-mail, fax etcLiaise with customer and operations support to administer product/service allocation.Payment facilitation and reconciliation of all sales transactions passing through the systemProvide follow up/feedback to customers/clients issues via e mail and telephone to enhance customer support/performance.Manage customer accounts and ensure that they reflect the true position of their relationship with the organization.Promptly resolve enquiries from customers/clients trade partners and escalating where necessaryStandard Apex IT working conditions. May work extended/weekend hours if required.A minimum of University Degree/Higher National Diploma or its equivalent with Second Class Lower division in any discipline. Fresh graduates with NYSC discharge certificate can also apply.Good communication, interpersonal and customer experience skills. Candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision under pressure. Candidate must be target driven, goal oriented and entrepreneurial in nature.Computer literacy with a good understanding of MS Office Suite is a must.2-3 years mobile telecoms sales, marketing or customer service experience for Corporates, B2B and SMEsMinimum of two years experience in a similar role.Please note that the pay structure is based on minimum guaranteed pay and Commission.Suitable candidates should forward their curriculum vitae and scanned copies of degree certificates and NYSC discharge certificates with a copy of recent passport photograph.Please indicate the position as the subject of the email.
