Title: Sales Manager Ultrasound

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
x Directly managing Account Managers (Sales Generalists) in a specific channel sales region . Select, train, and develop personnel to optimize effectiveness.
x Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive organic growth in the assigned sales market
x Cultivating and leveraging customer relationships at the multiple levels within customers
x Development of long-term customer relationships through the ability to identify / capitalize on opportunities that satisfy customer needs
x As a member of Regional leadership team, should ensure seamless teamwork with the Service and other channels to provide total customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
x BSC/HND
x At least five years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling / negotiation
x At least five years of Healthcare, Pharma or Life Sciences sales experience
x Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process
x Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages
x Willingness and ability to travel within your specified geographic region
x To the extent you are applying for a jobs in Nigeria that requires you to operate a GE owned/leased, privately owned/leased or rental vehicle for company business, you must be willing to submit to a check of your driving record
x Previous experience managing sales professionals
x Experience working for a large company in a matrix environment
x Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
