QUANTITY SURVEYOR – Lagos

REQUIREMENTS

v  B. sc/HND in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university or polytechnic

v  Possession of professional qualification is an advantage

v  Should be a self starter with the ability to work with less supervision

v  Minimum of 7 year experience in costs estimating and general quantity surveying practice

v  Should be computer literate and proficient in MS Office Suite

v  Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong analytical and negotiation skills

v  Maximum age of 45 years

ESTATE SURVEYOR

REQUIREMENTS

v  B. sc/HND in Estate Management from a recognized university or polytechnic

v  Possession of professional qualification is an advantage

v  Should be a self starter with the ability to work with less supervision

v  Minimum of 3 year experience in Estate Surveying

v  Should be computer literate and proficient in MS Office Suite

v  Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong analytical and negotiation skills

v  Maximum age of 30 years
