Description

• Answers enquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating and providing any needed information.


• Fulfils request by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.


• Sells additional services by recognising opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features.


• Maintains call centre database and documentation.


• Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures.
