This a Senior Management role and the successful candidate will work closely with the MD/CEO and the Management team and will be responsible for ensuring :<br />Effective and seamless end to end operational process management ad improvement<br />Full alignment of operational process with approved guideline (Control & Compliance)<br />Achievement of set operational and efficiency targets (around NPL’s and CIR’s)<br />Development of peculiar operational frameworks in various locations across the country and beyond<br />Implementation and management of key planning and policy matters<br />Full corporate governance at all levels.<br />Strategic Human Capital management<br /><strong>THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:</strong><br />Mature and dynamic men and women<br />Must have extensive sales experience across Nigeria and other African countries.
