<P>A fast growing Traveling Agency in Ikeja, Lagos Nigeria is seeking to employ a young , smart and intelligent young lady for the position of a Ticketing and Front Desk Officer for immediate employment.</P><P><STRONG readability="6">JOB TITLE: TICKETING & FRONT DESK OFFICER</P><P>LOCATION: LAGOS</P><P>JOB DESCRIPTION:</STRONG><BR>The ideal candidate must be very proficient in the use of booking software’s such as Amadeus, Galileo & Sabre. She should also be proficient in the use of Coreldraw, Photoshop and Ms Office applications and not older than 25. She is expected to carry out the following duties:</P><P>Book flight tickets both local and international fast and efficient for customers<BR>Carry out marketing campaigns online and build Customer relationship<BR>Dealing with enquiries in person and by telephone promptly and courteously<BR>Attend to customer’s correspondence, by email and letters.<BR>Provide travel advisory services to customers and prospective clients.<BR>Working with staff to resolve marketing and customer issues<BR>Write motivational letters and essays brilliantly.<BR>Carry out task on Coreldraw and Photoshop effectively.<BR>Perform general office and clerical duties, filing, photocopying and faxing<BR>Customer friendly and business attitude copied from <a href="http://www.nigerianbestforum.com/" target="_blank">www.nigerianbestforum.com</A></P><P><STRONG>QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE</STRONG><BR>Minimum OND<BR>Working experience will be an added advantage.<BR>Good verbal and written presentation and communication skills are essential</P><P><STRONG>HOW TO APPLY</STRONG><BR>The successful applicant will be self-motivated and organized, and have an attention to detail in work.
