Job Responsibilities:

Supervise the Catering Manager and the Duty/Service ManagersSupervise the delivery of catering and recreational services to members of the club to ensure efficiency of service and delivery of high quality food/snacksEnsure that a high level of cleanliness of the premises is maintained alwaysLiaise with the General Manager to ensure that optimum stock levels of Food and Beverages are maintained in the ClubLiaise with the General Manager to ensure that services to the Club are not impacted by faulty equipment, machinery and damaged facilitiesProvide effective security for life as well as the property of the clubRepresent the General Manager at Sectional meetings and Adhoc Sub-committee meetings, as and when directed


Job Requirements:

A University degree, preferably with technical background/knowledgeHospitality Industry Training/Certification will be an added advantageMinimum of 7 years experienceLess than 45 years of ageApply Now
