Sales Development Manager


Main Responsibilities

Support marketing in setting up the TSP's by ChannelIdentify key standards and training needs required and help develop, in conjunction with key stakeholders, the following key areas:-Territory management plansSales information processesSales planning systemsSales KPI'sPromotion planning systems / activitiesCredit systems / standardsMerchandising and signage systems and standardRefrigeration systems and standardsDevelop and maintain best practice guidelines for SalesIdentify and develop relevant learning solutions for the sales staffPlan and implement training solutions in line with business needsCoach sales representatives and managers to ensure growth in competence and performancePlan and execute regular sales audits

Qualifications/ Experience and Skills

B. Degree in a commercial field5 years' experience in FMCG/Beer market environmentMinimum 3yrs as a Sales Manager,Computer literacyCommercially astute, able to understand and implement commercial argumentsGood communication skillsNegotiation skillsCoaching skillsPresentation skills

Key Competencies and Attributes:

High level of planning and organizing competenciesComputer literacyAbility to function effectively in a complex matrix system
