User Interface / Experience Designer

Job Description
This candidate will have strong graphic design skills and good knowledge of web and mobile application design requirements. This candidate must have an eye for simplicity and using pictures/graphics to simplify and reinforce communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

The UI/UX Designer is primarily responsible for creating high-quality designs, graphics, mock-ups and layouts for both new and existing Web & Mobile applications using best practices, the latest Web trends and all available tools to augment the user experience. InDesign online graphical user interfaces for existing and new deliverablesHelp define user requirements, create wireframes and the visual design of the UI for web-based e-commerce productsPresent user interface concepts and design approaches clearly and convincingly. Work with the web development and engineering teams to meet technical requirements for projects

Relevant Skill & Knowledge Requirements

Expert knowledge of the Adobe Suit of Software, primarily Adobe PhotoshopExcellent Use of Corel DrawGood understanding of and experience with designing Web & Mobile Application interfaces.Personality TraitExcellent written, oral and diagrammatic communication skillsHighly motivated & very imaginativeGood Time ManagerMust be a fast learner, good listener, detail oriented

Web and Mobile Solutions Architect

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform structured & unstructured engagement with client to effectively capture their explicit and hidden requirement.Proactively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and clients to critically evaluate information and requirements gathered, define concepts, draw informed conclusions and design web & mobile technology enabled solutionsTranslate business requirements and decisions into technology implications, change and upgrade requests and document them in software requirement specification documents.Interface with and coordinate programmers, frontend coders and user interface/experience designers to implement technology solutions that meet client & business requirements.Design & lead solution testing, document change requests and oversee change implementationResearch and recommend appropriate hardware, software and web services to adopt across the solution value chain to enable a comprehensive and responsive platform.

Relevant Skills & Knowledge Requirements

Working Knowledge of Relevant Web programming in PHP, Java, etcBasic Knowledge of Mobile programming across Android, IOS, J2ME, Blackberry & Windows MobileWorking Knowledge of the requirements for good and responsive graphic and user interface designGood Questioning Skills: Able to optimally use different questioning techniques to dissect a context and optimally collect requirements.Brainstorming and people management SkillsAbility to use flowcharting softwareData research & Collection Skills

Minimum Qualification

While a university degree in Computer Science looks ideal, this role is open to anyone who fits the profile.Needs to be available for immediate employment
