Description:

Integral Solutions is seeking suitably qualified candidates as Accounts/Administrative Officer.



 



The duties of the Accounts/Administrative Officer would include;



·        Providing comprehensive administrative services, including purchasing and procurement; general administrative services; facilities, property, safety, or space management; and human resources services.



·         Help set-up internal administrative systems.



·         Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.



·         Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.



·         Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.



·         Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.



·         Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.



·         Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.



·         Resolve accounting discrepancies.



·         Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company\‘s automated financial systems.



·         Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.



·         Other duties as assigned.



 



Qualification requirements for this position include;



·         Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.



·         Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control principles and taxation including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.



·         Two years of accounting experience. Working experience with Chartered Accounting firms is preferred.



·         Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage. Knowledge of QuickBooks and Peachtree is also helpful.
