Integral Solutions, a Business and IT Solutions company, provides comprehensive business process improvement and business productivity and management software solutions and services that help companies compete more successfully in today’s economy and utilize technology to accelerate growth and profitability.



Integral Solutions is seeking suitably qualified candidates as a Sales Executive;



 



The duties of the Sales Executive would include;



·         Ensure he/she achieves or exceeds required quota;



·         Target and obtain appointments with qualified leads in sectors where Integral Solutions’ Software solutions can be deployed.



·         Ensure territory coverage to touch all opportunities on a scheduled basis;



·         Meet potential clients and qualified leads to assess their individual needs and demonstrate how the Integral Solutions products and services can meet or exceed these needs;



·         Present full scope of Software Solutions including working with alliance partners to demonstrate software solutions and the capabilities of the Microsoft platform.



·         Develop and submit comprehensive proposals based on individually or team assessed needs of potential clients;



·         Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts;



·         Other duties as assigned by the Managing Partner.



 



Qualification requirements for this position include;



·         Bachelor of arts or sciences degree;



·         1 – 2 years’ experience in Solutions Selling.



·         Strong sales skills, including internal reporting;



 



 



The ideal candidate should possess:



·         Good relationship building skills.



·         Professional presentation and organizational skills



·         Effectively work with Microsoft Office application, inclkuding Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint .



·         Demonstrated commitment to completing tasks and objectives.



·         Excellent verbal and written communications skills.



·         Able to work independently, with team support, to close deals.



·         A team player, and one who is open to feedback and on-going self-development



·         Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
